I recently brought my cat Oscar to the Hamburg veterinary . He is a young cat who has stolen my heart. Here the staff of the Hamburg veterinary were so very supportive and kind to me . They showed great care to Oscar. When you are faced with the possibility of loosing a pet that means so much to you comfort and compassion is what you need and deserve. I found both here. I was first sent to Hamburg because I needed a surgeon for my dog's ACL. Dr. Scott was an amazing surgeon and 8 years later, with both ACLs repaired, my dog is still going strong at almost 13. He's also repaired my cat's broken leg, and cared for my pets with cancer, and when it came time to say goodbye. He's made all of these experiences as easy as they could possibly have been. When you lose a pet, Hamburg helps by giving you wonderful support. The front dest is compassionate as are all the vets and techs. You have as much time as you need with your pet. I really love this practice, and I travel past 3 or 4 other more convenient vets in order to use them. I highly recommend them.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Precious, and while the grief is still raw, i didnt want to wait any longer to thank the amazing team at the Hamburg Vet Clinic. Precious was a reactive dog and over the years we saw many vets together who didnt understand her and some who werent kind and patient with her. Finding the Hamburg Vet clinic was a turning point. Dr Martens, Dr Jackie and vet tech Lucy treated Precious with the patience, understanding and respect she always deserved. In her final days, the compassion they showed made all the difference. They gave her peace and gave us comfort in a moment we werent ready for. They didnt rush us, judge us or treat her like just another case. They treated her like family. Thank you for giving Precious dignity in her last moments and for helping us say goodbye with love instead of fear. We will never forget your kindness. We miss her everyday
